Big Game Airgun Hunting /Part 1
For this trip we head out to a private hunting ranch for a solid three days of adventure. We use a variety of Airguns to hunt several species of exotic Big Game animals. In this video we use the Daystate Safari in .30 caliber as well as the American Air Arms HPS. Part two is coming soon so stay tuned! #airgunsofarizona #biggamehunting
That was a fantastic adventure 😎. A few things:
1. Excellent shot on the ram, though I couldn’t tell exactly what angle you shot it? Was it front through the chest?
2. The other rams watching their buddy fall over was not only hilarious but also very telling of how silent the air rifle is for hunting.
3. Happy to see Robert out adventuring, as well as Kip dropping jokes and shade in the best way possible 😆.
4. Beautiful ranch! You’ll have to tell me where this is!
5. Remind me which chest rig you’re using; looks perfect.

Beautiful scenery to hunt in. And yes Marley needed to sit this one out. Good decision to leave her home with mommy. This fat boy will have to remain a flatlander. Those steep hills along with recovering the game would do me in!

I’ve seen people hammer deer with airguns and magdump an AR 10 into a deer and barley kill it. All about shot placement

Yes that far and step use a heavey duty tarp rool him up good in it and start winching it up elictric wintch 24 volt bring rope tie on end of cabel you dont need lots of cable just heavey duty rope lots of feet worth

Congratulations Dana on your ram. Congratulations all! Hell of a shot on everyone’s part really. Awesome shot placement. If this doesn’t prove the effectiveness of modern PCPs I don’t know what does really. I’m jealous a bit to be on such a hunt. I got to meet Kip in Virginia at a sports show with Blue Ridge Airguns and Nathan. I am very impressed with his mad shooting skills. It was truly an honor to meet him and Nathan finally. Nate sold me an SK-19 and a Diana Bandit and love both guns. Hell y’all shoot a lot better than me that’s for sure. Awesome hunt and I can’t wait for part 2. Smart idea leaving Marley at home. It is too dangerous with bore/pigs/hogs around. God bless y’all and stay safe.

Nice hunting adventure. 35 years ago I hunted the California hills in Northern California. We killed a truck load of hogs off a ranchers land. The Daystate Safari is a great rifle. I got to shoot one last week. I didnt want to let go of it.

I did learn a important fact from this…in .30 use the heaviest slug you can and hunt like your bow hunting.
