I don’t need permission from ANY state official to kill any animal to feed myself or my family.

I cannot be FORCED or COERCED into "CONTRACT" to do ANYTHING that I have the right to do.

I have a GOD given right to take animals for food if needed. I have the RIGHT under the "Bill of rights" to "Life, Liberty and the pursuit of happiness." Killing an animal to feed myself or my family would fall under the RIGHT to "life…" period the end!

I am 63 and have NEVER had a fishing or hunting license.

US v Minker, 350 US 179 at 187(1956) Supreme Court of the United States 1795 "Inasmuch as every government is an artificial person, an abstraction and a creature of the mind only, a government can interface only with other artificial persons. The imaginary, having neither actuality nor substance, is foreclosed from creating and attaining parity with the tangible. The legal manifestation of this is that no government, as well as any law, agency, aspect, court, etc. can concern itself with anything other than corporate, artificial persons and the CONTRACTS between them."Β (Emphasis mine).

How many of you frog gigers know that that puff of blood that vanish into thin air without a trace in the JFK Assassination was from a frog?

Volume comparison is to frog a human is about a gallon and a half would of splash the window preventing driving can’t see.

I was there that day not just one frog but two! other one survived that faithful day but not for long.
The frog first resemble a salamander with a flat vertical tail! Then it suck in it’s tail and began hopping around suppose to be no survivors that day the assassin so close did not allow for scope clearance 4" shot for johns toad brains and that explains
    THE BULLET IN THE CURB!
If one of you brave fingers could do the world a flavor donate one of you tasty frogs to a.308 video shot at about 30 yards. Either hang it from a tree limb or other overhead with string blast it and compare! Another method drill out an antelope and put the frog in the hole, maybe with a white cardstock sheet of paper for blood tracer detection.

If you think I’m lying look up JFK’s brain X-ray look thru his garbage can find a steel ball right beneath it a average size hasselty black widow spider.
Do the video I’ll Paypal you 20 bucks I live in the Northwest and haven’t seen a frog in 40 years Fish & Game don’t like them they disturb waterfowl!

  10. C Thompson on January 27, 2023 at 4:34 am

What really confuses me is that there is more public land and better hunting laws in liberal states…..

  17. Luke Stagg on January 27, 2023 at 4:51 am

I’d love to live in the states, you guys are so free compared to us in the UK. Lots of open country try you can use and explore, here we need land owners permission to hunt with an air rifle!

  18. Justice McDonald on January 27, 2023 at 4:51 am

So hunting without a license is bad?

  19. C Thompson on January 27, 2023 at 4:55 am

I remember the days when hunting wasnt big business for land owners and division of wildlife…..you could grab your rifle and ask for permission to hunt without the risk of some paranoid rancher killing you for even asking
…and asshole game wardens didn’t waltz right up to you in the middle of a hunt and ask to see your license……you guys are assholes ..I hope you get RMSF from a tick bite or bit by a giant rattlesnake far from a hospital

  20. garfieldwithissuez on January 27, 2023 at 4:56 am

In other words, I don’t have to worry about missing the first day of Dove season because my class is a week after that and (having gone over all the course material plus being the owner of common sense) know with 100% certainty that I’ll pass the class. So even if I do get a ticked I’ll be able to get it taken care of with only a little extra haste?

  22. garfieldwithissuez on January 27, 2023 at 4:58 am

Did he just say you don’t have to take the hunters education unless you get caught and then it’s a choice between a fine or taking the class within 90 days? I was under the impression you couldn’t get a license without taking the class.

  23. Nomadis Mileseeker on January 27, 2023 at 5:00 am

Is there a minimum acreage for bow hunting in Texas?

  24. Texas Parks and Wildlife on January 27, 2023 at 5:02 am

If you receive a ticket for not being certifed in Hunter Education, you have 90 days to successfully complete the course and the ticket will be dismissed.

  25. aaron martinez on January 27, 2023 at 5:04 am

Do you need a license if your a miner ?

  26. millenium2003 on January 27, 2023 at 5:04 am

    Too many regulations.

  27. Texas Parks and Wildlife on January 27, 2023 at 5:05 am

Unrestricted harvest of animals led to the demise and near extinction of many species at the turn of the century. This is a documented historical fact. This reality led to the establishment of laws regulating the harvest of game and protection of other animals. These regulations and their support by law abiding citizens has led populations to rebound, continue to be a integral part of the natural world and exist to the benefit of present and future generations.

  28. Banana 🍌 on January 27, 2023 at 5:07 am

  31. dumb kid playzz on January 27, 2023 at 5:10 am

hey guys, totally off topic but do you need a license for squirrel hunting on your own property? i’ve never heard of a squirrel license before but i looked it up and it says you need one in texas.

  32. Tony from Freer on January 27, 2023 at 5:11 am

Also, make sure you sign the back of your license. I’ve seen the game warden catch hunters on this more than once. One buddy got a fine of something like $250. Am I right, TPW?

  33. Richard Scheirman on January 27, 2023 at 5:11 am

I’m native american and need a license to hunt my land that was taken in anger?

  34. Runs with a Fox on January 27, 2023 at 5:11 am

They make hunting deer so damn hard, it’s not even worth it. Bunch of darn bureaucratic crap.

  35. Texas Parks and Wildlife on January 27, 2023 at 5:11 am

You do not have to have hunter education certification to buy a hunting license in Texas. He says having no hunter education certification is the #1 ticket Game wardens write and that if one get’s a ticket, one can complete the hunter education certification course within 90 days and the ticket will be dismissed.

  36. Austin schilling on January 27, 2023 at 5:12 am
